  1. SQUARE FOOT MINIMUMS:
    1,700 - 1 story
    2,200 - 2 story
  2. Attached garage size to be 2 1/2 - 4 car.
  3. All building plans must be submitted to the Architectural Committe for approval.
  4. Roof pitch minimum: 8/12. Natural or dimensional shingles are required.
  5. One (1) detached garage will be allowed, must comply with Town of Wayne requirements
    and restrictions. Exterior materials must be the same as those used on the house, and must
    be approved by the Architectural Committee.
